Head of Operations from the CPCC meets Georgian Deputy MIA

On 16th June 2015, the Head of Operations from The European Union’s Civilian Planning and Conduct Capability (CPCC), Mercedes Garcia-Perez, met with the Georgian Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs (MIA), Levan Izoria. 

In the meeting they discussed cooperation between the EU Monitoring Mission in Georgia (EUMM) and the Georgian MIA; the planned upcoming reform of the MIA; and Georgian participation in Civilian Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) missions.
