EU HR CATHERINE ASHTON APPOINTS AMBASSADOR HANSJOERG HABER AS EU CIVILIAN OPERATIONS COMMANDER

On 28 March 2011, the European Union’s High Representative Catherine Ashton announced that the Head of the European Union Monitoring Mission in Georgia, Ambassador Hansjörg Haber, has been appointed as EU Civilian Operations Commander and Head of the EU Civilian Planning and Conduct Capability (CPCC) in Brussels.
