A series of eight lectures about Europe was developed by Field Office Gori of the EU Monitoring Mission in Georgia.
The first of the series, that is organised at Gori University was held on 27 October. The topics were the founding of the European Union, and some of the founder countries, France and Germany.
The presentation was attended by approximately a hundred students, who were welcomed by
Manfred Meyer, the chief of Field Office Gori. The next lecture will focus on the Benelux states on 3rd November.
