EUMM Field Office Zugdidi celebrates EU Day along ABL

On 10 and 13 May Field Office Zugdidi of EUMM continued with events marking EU Day, this time together with civil communities of Chale and Mujava, two villages near the Abkhaz Administrative Boundary Line.

Hundreds of schoolchildren, and also a team of a local municipality played in the volleyball tournament organised by EUMM. At the sidelines, information about EUMM was provided and spectators could fill in a quiz about the Mission and the EU. It turned out to be quite popular, about 250 forms were filled and returned after the two events.
