In an effort to increase awareness about the Mission and increase confidence in its work, on 6 November, EUMM in cooperation with Ministry of Refugees and Accommodation (MRA) invited 100 students from the settlements of Koda, Tsinamdzghvriantkari and Saguramo to William Shakespeare’s play “Macbeth” performed by the Tbilisi Vaso Abashidze Music and Drama State Theatre.
Together with the students, representatives of the Georgian government as well as EUMM staff members attended the event made successful especially thanks to the good cooperation with the Ministry of Refugees and Accommodation.
Within the framework of its normalization and stabilization work, and in order to further enhance direct dialogue and contact with the local population, EUMM will seek to organize similar outreach activities across towns and villages in Georgia.
