On 1 March, the Polish Delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led by the Under-Secretary of State Andrzej Kremer, paid a visit to the EUMM Headquarters.
During the meeting with the Head of Mission Hansjörg Haber, the delegation was briefed on the mandate, current activities, achievements and challenges of the EUMM.
The delegation demonstrated a particular interest in the future role of the EU and EUMM in the region as well as in the prospects for further progress in the area of conflict reconciliation in the region.
Poland is represented by 24 personnel members overall, among which there are 20 seconded monitors, and is therefore one of the largest contributors to the Mission.
