EU Monitoring Mission Georgia observes a one-minute silence in commemoration of victims of the London terror attack

At 12:00 PM, on Tuesday, 6 June 2017, European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM) staff members gathered for ‘one minute’s silence to honour the London Bridge terror attack victims. The Mission members expressed condolences, paid tribute and solidarity with the families of the victims of the London terror attack, which took place on Saturday, 03 June.

The silence was also marked across the Mission Field Offices, where flags will fly at half-mast until this evening.

The EU, the European External Action Service and other Common Security and Defence Policy Missions also commemorated the tragic event.

The silence was marked in Mtskheta Field Office together with Deputy Head Mika Sorensen
